Cute but not too...

We stayed for one night during a visit to Sanremo ... The location is not bad and the room (junior suite) seemed clean enough.... the only flaw , the TV in the living area and absent in the bedroom ... Also good location, since a few steps from Sanremo .... But what we absolutely did not like was the indelicateness of the reception during a call made to have directions on the location .... who deliberately closed the call and then disconnected the phone so as not to be available ... An attitude unworthy of a 4 star Hotel!

RIVIERA DEL FIORI ???????? !!!!!!!!!

Our suite had to have a sea view. The result: foreground view on a huge parking lot, (noisy) surrounded by boxes. View on marina with small sailing boats and at the bottom, the sea.
You feel like you're coming to a shipyard.
The hotel looks like a 60s blockhouse and secluded at the bottom of the parking lot. The interior is very basic, does not match a 4 stars. Concrete environment. No point in choosing this place to spend a pleasant stay. Sanremo is a 25-minute drive away.
On site, the only restaurant is to be avoided. Not good and expensive.
Avoid the place.

Four stars comfortable but in need of modernization

Comfortable hotel for those who, like us, stayed there on the occasion of the Sanremo festival, a town from which it is a few kilometers and is easily accessible. We stayed in a junior suite (not being available on the site other solutions), very comfortable in size, although the bedroom is small and the television is only in the living room, but with some defaillances, being a 4-star hotel, regarding the equipment of accessories (minimized bathroom gadgets, missing slippers and bathrobes, empty minibar). The common areas could use a modernisation, but they are also a bit bare and cold. Even the restaurant salon, very large, is not the height of beauty, little embellished and little attention to detail. Breakfast is average. A major flaw, in my opinion, is the check-in scheduled too late, at 4 p.m., which leads to unpleasant waits and downtime for customers, which should be avoided, without the hotel, moreover, having adequate rooms for a welcome and a pleasant stay for travelers who arrive earlier than this time. Considering all this, but taking into account that, during the Festival period, the accommodation solutions in the area are very low and prices rise, the cost of 256 Euro for a night in a Junior suite, including breakfast, still appears reasonable.

Very pleasant stay!

Warm welcome, very good explanations.
Impeccable and spacious room! 2nd bed well prepared for our son and nice bedding!
Appreciable tea service in the room, wifi code.
Breakfast very good and complete with sweet and savoury very good!
