A beautiful house in a bad location.

Very pretty house but poorly located in a neighborhood without soul.
Good breakfast and large room where light and air conditioning were lacking.

This B&B is truly a classic!

So critical to have a hostess such as Valeria, such an affable lady! She is very proud of her enchanting historical home, warm and laden with antiques. A delicious breakfast awaits you each morning. This home is conveniently located near the central town and it was a memorable stay.

Wonderful Villa

We stayed here while visiting family a short walk from the Villa. The room was clean and spacious, the Villa is beautiful and Valeria is the most generous host with a delicious continental breakfast in the morning. The home is gated and there is parking secure inside the gate. There is an amazing Serenella Pizzaria next to the Villa and just a few minutes walk around the corner is the Pasticceria Veneto with jaw dropping treats and don't pass on a Macchiato. The location is great and a 10 min bus ride or a nice 40 min. walk to the Brescia Centro. We will stay again while in Brescia! Graze Mille, Valeria!

Un lugar diferente

Un lugar diferente y con su encanto. Lugar bastante tranquilo. La anfitriona muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar. La cama muy cómoda. El desayuno algo flojo y escaso. Ideal para una corta estancia. Quizá el precio algo elevado para los servicios que ofrece.

Esperienza finita ancor prima di cominciare

Purtroppo la mia esperienza presso la struttura si è conclusa al cancello di ingresso. Avevo prenotato tramite il sito lastminute.com per la notte dell'11/09 con mia moglie, al nostro arrivo scopro con stupore che la camera da me prenotata era stata data ad altre persone. La motivazione era che non aveva ricevuto il pagamento da parte di lastminute e che pertanto aveva di sua iniziativa provveduto a disdire. Ho fatto presente il mio disappunto, anzi la mia protesta è stata anche molto contenuta rispetto al danno ma avendo la proprietaria qualche anno in più di meno ho preferito lasciar perdere per rispetto. Naturalmente ho fatto reclamo e in questi giorni lastminute mi ha rimborsato scusandosi anche a nome della struttura per il disagio arrecato. La recensione pessima è dovuta esclusivamente al comportamento della proprietaria per 3 ordini di motivi: 1) non ho ricevuto una telefonata o anche solo un email per farmi presente il problema nonostante ci fossimo sentiti per email due giorni prima per confermare l'orario 2) non si da una camera già prenotata ad altre persone (stranamente arrivate 15 minuti prima del mio arrivo senza prenotazione) se non sei sicuro che la prenotazione è stata disdetta 3) non si risponde ad un cliente che il problema dell'addebito non è un problema suo ma del sito di prenotazione in quanto a prescindere dalle responsabilità la figura ce l'ha fatta la proprietaria quindi era anche suo interesse capire il disguido.
