A due passi dal mare
Hotel carino con terrazzo direttamente sul mare. Prezzo più che giusto per location che è direttamente su spiazza libera e con accesso diretto. Personale disponibile e accogliente. Stanza pulite. Torneremo sicuramente!! Quest anno non hanno ancora la colazione ma c è un bar davanti!

Pros and cons but a lot to improve
Among the 'pros' I definitely put the location. The hotel is located directly on the sea and is ideal for those who want to stay in tranquility a stone's throw from the waves. From the room you can access the beach directly via a convenient staircase and, upon returning, a convenient shower allows you to enter the room clean.
For the cons I would say:
Room. Not worth the price. Attic room with essential furnishings.
Breakfast. At the bar like a passing customer. It cannot be. You don't know what and how much you can take. Frozen croissants and 'lonely' slices of cake on uninviting little plates. Hotel guests should be pampered a little more.
Staff. Total lack of empathy from the staff.
Price. 130 euros per day for a room that is not up to par and with zero services.
Basically, the hotel could have good potential, but the services are not even B&B level and the prices are 4-star.
Give customers more attention, starting with breakfast.

Non ci torneremo sicuramente
Scarico che perde, asciugamani non cambiati, acqua calda che va via, accessori da bagno insufficienti il tutto per un prezzo troppo alto rispetto al servizio applicato con una maggiorazione rispetto a booking.

Weekend sul Gargano
Siamo stati davvero molto bene. La stanza pulitissima, titolari molto gentili, dalla terrazza accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Relax e tranquillità. Molto ben accetti anche i nostri 2 cagnolini. Consigliatissimo
