Good value, very accommodating
I stayed there for one night only because I missed my ferry to Croatia. The room was comfortable and tidy with very enjoyable air conditioning for the hot italian nights! They let me have breakfast after the normal hours and agreed to keep my travel bag in their office so that I could go out and visit the city!

Room with French bed
We are customers and will probably continue to be so, however, avoiding the room with the French bed which is perpetually dark, poorly ventilated (no windows, only dormer window) and with a continuous smell of mold (perhaps from the air conditioner).

This hotel has Bed bugs!! Dont book this hotel
Very very bad. We slept in this hotel for 2 nights, after the first night i had a lot of postulus. Thought this was just from mosqitos, but after is got worse the second day and finding out blood on the bed, we knew this was coming from bed bugs. Worse thing; hotel is not paying attention for this and just ignoring the fact they are a threath to human health by managing this hotel like this. Shame on you!!

Pleasant surprise
A Marriott owned property great location right across from tram to Milan center super convient very clean hotel nice staff nice bar good breakfast overall would definitely stay again accommodating staff adequate room size

Nice room for a stay in Ancona
We found the hotel by chance, following some indication signs placed here and there, almost losing the way at a certain point…
The small hotel disposes of some rooms on the same floor only, all going to a balcony above a main street, but nevertheless quite quiet even with windows open (we don't like air-condition). The interior of the room is excellent, including Wifi that really works.
We just missed some things that we would expect in a room for two: a second chair and a table with space for two and more suspension attachments for towels in the bathroom. We were also not sure whether we could let the window open during our sleep; there is no securing device against intrusion.
The breakfast was great and the service individual and friendly. For another stay in Ancona, we would love to count on this hotel again.
