Amazing accomodation in Mataram
Their kindness and attention to detail really made our stay extra special even planning a special dinner for my husband on his birthday.
The location is perfect too. It's close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still feels peaceful and relaxing when you come back after a busy day. It was the ideal base for our trip. The mosque next door was lovely to hear as they are in Lombok.
Our room was spotless, spacious, and really comfortable. The bed was so comfy, the room had everything we needed, and it was cleaned to a high standard every day. It was a lovely place to come back to and unwind.
The food was another highlight. Everything we ate was fresh, tasty, and full of flavour. There was a great selection at every meal, and we genuinely looked forward to breakfast each morning. You can tell they really care about quality.
Overall, we had a fantastic time at Ayom Suites. Great staff, an excellent location, beautiful rooms, and delicious food—it really had everything we were looking for.
We have already rebooked our stay here for after our trip up north and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
It's one of those places that makes your holiday even more enjoyable. A well-deserved 10/10 from us, and we can't wait to come back!

5-star hotel service
On our last night, my boyfriend got an upset stomach and was vomitting badly very early in the morning, which we were quite certain that he got cold from the snorkeling tour earlier and eating spicy Bali food. I am greatly thankful that we received immediate and delicate assistance from the hotel - Ms. Dayu came to check on us and later with her colleague drove us to the nearest hospital. She also helped us to communicate with the local medical staff to make sure we could catch our flight... I could not ask for more, thank you all once again from the bottom of my heart.

Modern hotel in Mataram
Sleeping in on holiday might be difficult with the multiple mosques and calls to prayer with a few hundred metres.
However, the hotel does provide earplugs for those who may not wish to pray.
