Hotel under new Management

There has been a management change and they have promptly addressed the issues as mentioned in the previous reviews.
I stayed for a night in a clean fresh room without any hassle and the morning breakfast was also good.

Manager behaviour too bad

My experience at this hotel was extremely unpleasant mainly because of the staff. From check-in to check-out, they were rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic hospitality. Instead of being welcoming, they made us feel like we were a burden. Requests for simple things like clean towels or room service were either ignored or delayed for hours.
The staff’s attitude completely ruined the stay. They showed no respect to guests and had no sense of customer service. For the amount they charge, I expected at least some professionalism, but unfortunately, this hotel failed completely.

Mr Vivek ( manager ) seems to be very rude

As a guest at the hotel, I was disappointed by the hotel manager's Mr Vivek ( night manager ) inability to communicate with politeness .. one of the worst manager I came across .. I would recommend that the hotel core team to work on improving their communication skills with some politeness in order to better serve their guests and create a more positive experience overall.

A lodge type hotel nearby railway station

It's a Budget hotel near railway station.
Found Lots of mosquitoes. it had dirty towels and bedsheet .careless and clueless manager, with no sense of hospitality

GOOD hotel

Hotel is nice and clean. Hotel management and staff are good.Breakfast is limited but tasty.over all stay was nice and good.only problem the hotel location road is narrow. Its not a big deal.front desk officer are well behaved. Thnxs.
