Excellent choice in the heart of the city
Rooms are well furnished, neat and clean. Linen and towels are clean. All necessary toiletries are provided. Room service is quick.
The multi cuisine restaurant, Ocellus has recently been renovated. Brightly lit, offers a large variety of dishes, to suit everyone's choice and taste. Breakfast spread is also good, starting from fresh cut fruits, juices, north & south Indian varieties, sandwiches, toast, muffins, tea, coffee, cereals and what not!
However, we always miss the tasty food of Cinnamon restaurant, closed during the Corona outbreak, which offered yummy North Indian & Mughlai cuisine.
Being located in the heart of Raipur city, parking space is limited but I have always been lucky to get space as soon as I arrive!
The staff is courteous. This time I was obliged, to get an upgrade to a Presidential suite, courtesy Ashwini Singh.
Recommended for business travelers as well as families.

Staff could be trained to be more vigilant about patrons’ needs.
They didn’t give me the breakfast saying I’m late. Had it been so, they could’ve told me earlier or could’ve served inside the room. I’d paid extra for the same.

Family Place,centrally located but peaceful
Rooms are OK.
Pillows need to be softer.
F and B STAFF is very nice and active.
7am sharp full breakfast is ready unlike other hotels.
Nice and decent dining hall with and adapt coffee machine with various coffee options.
Live Dosa counter too.
Had an opportunity to meet the chef, a very humble person.
The first floor is being renovated (June 23 2025) still i was placed there and with repeated requests got a room on a much quiter second floor corner room.
Please find the attached pictures of the dining hall which is at the ground floor.
The cookie and biscuit plate in the room enhances the experience of a good stay.
In all a family place.
