Idyllic holiday experience
Goa was simply idyllic. The attention to detail, commitment of staff & beautiful environment of the St Regis Resort all contribute to a fabulous experience. It’s rare to find an organisation where the whole staff work hard towards the principle of creating perfection but this is what you find at the St Regis.

St Regis Goa , the perfect break
We had the most wonderful time at this resort. We love travelling and this was the first time ever that the lure of the hotel was so strong we barely left the resort. The food, the service, the rooms, the grounds, the activities and the perfect beach meant we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation to the max. Special thanks to our butler Roshan for sending buggies on demand for grandparents and kids, to Akash who created towel swans and mosaic messages for our girls and the catering staff for accommodating all our requests. We home to return to this beautiful retreat.

Beautiful Property, Excellent stay at the Manor, Outstanding service-Butler Roshan was fantastic. Great spa and food!
We took a 4 day getaway and were really impressed by the quality of the property, service and food as well as the private beach for the manor. Everyone was so friendly. We also enjoyed the spa- very good massages and treatments. We look forward to returning soon!

Best service ever!
We have just spent 12 nights here, and we really loved our stay.
The service was simply amazing - i have never experienced anything like it, and i want to give special credit to the following people:
Jaiaditya, Abishek, Vishnu and all the other breakfast/dinner waiters in the Mira (buffet) restaurant. They went out of their way to accommodate every dietary preference we had, and even provided food/drinks that were not on display. Also, credit to the chefs - your food was superb!
Shaikh and the others at the pool and beach - they also provided incredible service (and always with a smile).
Mayank who personally dealt with the (numerous) issues we had with our room and Apoorv who made it up to us - we really appreciated your efforts!
Our butler, Nungshi (who was great).
Finally, a big thanks to all the buggy staff as well.
The pool and beach were lovely, and the free suncream at both locations was a really nice touch.
The only thing that was sub standard was the provision for children. The kids' club itself was a fairly small room that never had more than one staff member present. They were not particularly friendly either. For us, with a disabled child, this was a real shame. Also, the outdoor play area comprised of just one small slide !
Lastly, I'd like to address the issue of weddings - they're not nearly as disturbing as some other reviewers have made out. Admittedly, we only had one wedding during our stay, but it did not ruin our experience in any way.

We recently stayed at the St. Regis Goa Resort in the Manor Pool Suite, and overall, we had a pleasant time.
Firstly, the resort itself is stunning—beautiful landscapes, lush surroundings, and several fantastic dining options.
The room itself was spacious, but the layout of the Manor Pool Suite felt a bit outdated. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t as pristine as we had hoped; there were quite a few insects floating on the surface, which detracted from the overall experience. Cleanliness is a major factor when booking a luxury resort, and this was an area that could use attention.
Another interesting (and somewhat uncomfortable) aspect of our stay was the presence of a Bollywood celebrity and their security detail. While we understand the need for personal security, the constant watchful eyes of the bodyguards made us feel a bit uneasy. It’s one thing to have security for safety, but feeling scrutinized during a relaxing vacation wasn’t the most pleasant experience.
