Become a victim to spend money worthlessly

I stayed in this hotel for 15 days. I still wonder how I survived this long in this hotel.
Reception first 7 days (0/5) and 2nd 7 days (2/5):
The first impression is the best impression. These people are not concerned about the customers. No matter what you will not get any response while checking in. Better check-in at 2 pm. If you come early you should be waiting until 2 pm no matter how long it is. And they are least concerned about it. This is for the first week.
The second week they changed the people and at least there was change and some response was there.
One more thing you should know about the reception. If you need anything ask the reception after 6 pm no matter what(if you need to know why? be a victim to experience). The boys are very responsive and clean in communicating.
Room maintenance - (4/5) - The rooms are not that clean by default. But if you point things out, they will check and clean it immediately without asking any hesitation. There is nothing to complain about. These people are the only responsive person in the hotel.
The in-house restaurant (Minus 200 out of 5) - The biggest scam for the money actually happens here. The management is least bothered about the food quality and what they serve. Even after raising the concern, the food was just good for 2 or 3 meals and that all. You will get a good meal once in 1 week. The restaurant likes dal for some reason. Dal is something you will get 24/7 no matter what and most of the time you will feel dal is actually better to drink as rasam. There is one more thing the sauce varieties they might feed you that only. My first 5 days were only dal and sauces. The restaurant manager is too busy to discuss how food is with the customers (Francis). The breakfast most of the time they manage well. But sometimes they spoil that too. When you get POHA, it's a NO DA for you. Healthwise rating is a 0 for food.
No Swimming pool. if you check this hotel you are a fool.

The name of the hotel has been changed to SKAF

The staff is friendly The hotel location is good, the rooms are not clean and there is no safety period for covid 19 virus, it is not a family hotel and needs more attention The swimming pool needs attention because of the smell of cigarettes..

Worst hotel experience ever

This is the wordt hotel i had ever visited. Breakfast is very poor & the people in the hote are all labour class if u going as a couple. Maybe ur wife or girlfriend will feel uncomfortable as the staff & the guest in hotel will stare at them. If u ask for room amenities it will not come for sure. I had wasted my money in this 3rd class hotel dont waste your money. I dont know how this hotel gets 4 stars.
Last the pictures u will see on internet of hote are all fake photos hotel is still under construction and they dont have terrace or pool.

Food available here is completely fraud.

The room service and the hospitality of the hotel are pretty good except for the restaurant. The restaurant manager is a completely fraudulent person. The menu consists of very small amount of food menus. Out of that, you can choose literally nothing. They assign some food to you. And if you ask about the taste or category of the food. Only God knows it. My case is asked for fish curry and, they put fish inside chicken curry and served me. When you ask about the quality of the food, they say this is international. I am not sure how they are gonna serve international customers without knowing how to serve different food for people in different regions of the world. This is a four-star hotel, the restaurant staff doesn't know guest manners at all. When we ask for food, they treat us like labours in the labour camp. Better never consider their Full board meals or half board meals, they are completely fake. If you need better food, Zomato delivery is available or better tell your travel agent to arrange food for you.

Happy with the room ,but not with the staff service

I came for check-in with my girlfriend at the hotel in the afternoon ,after a long drive from palm jumeirah ,where we stayed before and we requested to have a king room with balcony like i requested at agoda booking but they told us is not available .The staff saw us that we had a lot of luggage but noone even moved an inch to help us.We went to the room ,the room was fully equiped and modern but after we tried the bed it was very uncomfortable and in a bad state ,i even noticed that they have joined the bed so badly and didnt even inform us upon check in ,that they gave us twin room .They offered us a room change after but it was too late ,and we were tired because of our trip to Atlantis .The breakfast was horrible ,only 2 options to choose for egg and some coffee ,nothing else and the place was like a 2 star restaurant ,and when we requested to go to the pool they told us is not available ,i stayed 3 days and i didnt even have the chance to check the pool ,when in agoda it says pool provided at the hotel.I would like to mention Francis Fernandez from IRD for his awesome 5 star service ,he is truly an asset for your hotel .In overall you need to give the guest more information about facilities and what you provide so the next time would book to a better hotel who knows how to welcome guests!!
