Must visit

Great hotel for budget travellers, check in and checkout was butter smooth Rooms were very spacious, staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay .food was good nice.parking area was clean.all staff was nice well explaining the all queried of questions.

Dirty, terrible experience

This hotel did not meet any of our expectations or any of the values boldly printed by the Treebo group. The rooms were dirty, including the linen. This is not even a good destination for the most budget of traveller. The bathrooms were full of mould and the oen shower did not even have a shower head.

GOOD HOTEL

hiland suites fascinating and unforgettable stay, with top-notch amenities that make it stand out. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern and elegant design of the space, which immediately set a comfortable and welcoming tone. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

The worst ever experence

My nephew Sridhar Ritesh had booked two rooms in Treebo Hiland Suites, Bangalore through booking.com , one from 17th to 20th June’24 and the other from 17th to 18th June’24 for 4 persons. But when we reached there we were surprised and shocked to see the condition of the rooms. The rooms including the toilets were very dirty. The bedsheets and pillow covers were stinking. The AC in one of the rooms was not working. They had provided a pedestal fan. When we complained about the condition of the room, they gave us a suite room in exchange of one room, the condition of which was not different from the other rooms. They informed us that from next day they would charge Rs. 1500/- per day for the suite room.The washbasin in one of the rooms was damaged and was in very bad shape. The bathroom cloth stand was kept in one of the cupboards. Since we had reached the hotel late in the evening, we decided to spend the night there. We requested them to cancel the booking of rooms from 18th onwards which they refused to accept. Then we got in touch with booking.com. They took all the details which took more than 20 minutes and assured us that they will get back to us soon. However, we got a sms from booking.com the next day saying that we can check out of the hotel if we wish to. However, they did not mention about the refund for the remaining two days. It was practically impossible to stay there with the family. We had come all the way from Kerala by road and were very tired. We could not sleep the whole night. In the morning the first thing we did was to check out of the hotel at 9 am. Again we requested them to cancel our booking from 18th to 20th and to refund the amount which they refused. Ideally they should have accepted our request since we were informing them about the cancellation for the next day well in advance. Even otherwise seeing condition of the room, they must refund the entire amount.
I am writing this review in detail so that people who want to book room in this hotel are aware of the condition and also about the negative response from booking. Com as well as of the hotel. I would request everyone to avoid booking this property. There are lots of properties in this area that are very good and well maintained. One can understand that there may be some lack of amenities, but one can keep the rooms atleast neat and tidy. We are prepared to pay more if the rooms are neat and tidy.
