Decent hotel with great customer service
Pros:
- Good location. Indiranagar 100 ft road and metro are very close. Many places to eat.
- Superior room is huge and has a big balcony too.
- Excellent service by support staff. You will rarely have to call twice.
Cons:
- Breakfast quality is sub par. You can ask for a made-to-order Omlette though. Rest of the food quality leaves a lot to be desired. There are good breakfast options nearby.
- Security is something that needs to be addressed. Although there were no untoward incidents, anyone can jst walk through in the hotel and reach your room without being questioned.
Overall it was a great experience. The pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Good hotel with helpful managers and staff
The stay was very comfortable, and the hotel was tidy. We have been staying at the same place during our visits to Bangalore. The experience has been getting even better during each stay. The managers do their best to remember our requests and help us promptly. They ensure that the guests are comfortable during arrival and while they stay there too. Breakfast was good and hygienic. They provide food on time. The Indiranagar metro is at the end of the same street and a lot of dining and shopping facilities are also available in the vicinity. Overall, good and comfortable place.

Good place to stay at Indiranagar
The hotel is good. Accomodation is good, staff are also good. I stayed there along with my family. We did not face any issues either while checking in, during the stay or while checking out. The hotel is close to the metro station, which is an added advantage. The location is a quiet place, hence no major vehicular noise.

Big NOOO!
Avoid this hotel at any cost. Detailed review below,
1) We booked via booking.com, while booking, they mentioned below details(you can verify by visiting Booking.com) stating - 'No prepayment needed – pay at the property'. After booking, within a minute we got a seperate mail from the 'Treebo' team stating, I must pay 50% of the total cost else booking will be cancelled.
Why do you make false statements in the site and send a seperate mail for money, mention this clause in the site itself and avoid making false statements.
Since our stay was confirmed, we paid the 50% cost and moved on.

3) Room service guy was arrogant. They dont much help you for carrying the luggage.
4) Rooms were very small(restroom was very clean though) and beds were not comfortable. Since we have booked, we stayed there and checked-out.
Overall I dont recommend this place. You have several places to stay. Better go with other options.
