Excellent stay

I only have the best to say about this cosy and hospitable hotel. I booked a single room with a double bed, for a two day business trip. The room had everything I needed. Room service and all other hotel services were excellent. Staff behaviour exemplary. I felt that the whole experience was value for money.

Orkun Işıtmak, come here!!!

Nothing is working. Founded in 1969, it's now 2026. In 57 years, they've only progressed about 20 years. ORKUN IŞITMAK SHOULD COME HERE.

I really wish I did not have to write this review, as I believe the staff were a wonderful group of people who genuinely wanted to help. However, during check-in, I had to change rooms three times because of poor cleaning standards.
The location is great, and the staff are kind and helpful, but the basic level of cleanliness was not acceptable. In addition, the rooms and the hotel in general feel old and should have been updated a long time ago.
Overall, this was far from a pleasant experience.

The hotel was suitable for our needs. It is definitely dated but it is clean and was in a location that was convenient to where we wanted to go. We got a triple which was kind of cramped, but the breakfast was good. We also got room service one night and the pizza was better than I expected from a hotel restaurant.

Great stay while I was in Thessaloniki!! The staff were fantastic and very accommodating when my puppy was dropped off to me the night before check out! They even had treats for him!
