Amazing sea view location.

This property for the first second makes you feel that is the best option in Spetses, taking in consideration, value for money, amazing sea view for the top floor, hearing the waves, birds and the crystals water.
You don't even make few steps and you have brunch in taratsa, ice cream and many more in Alfie's, balcony,all of them with atmosphere and sea view.
All the shops, churches, museum,.
The most important thing for us was the people deal with them for the property.
Many thanks to Mr Nikos, family members, Katerina and Stavros and the lovely lady cleaning the room every day.

NEVER AGAIN

NEUTRAL FACT:
Hotel system requires one to go to adjacent travel agent to do check in formalities and get shown to hotel. I have met that before in Greece. People there are very friendly.
NEGATIVE: Access is up a frighteningly steep and bordering on dangerous staircase, particularly bringing luggage up or down. I was petrified I might fall.
POSITIVE: Excellent restaurant in the building, plus adjacent to Hotel Klimis Coffee Shop
CONCLUSION: I survived! I should never go back to that hotel

Great view over the sea, but also over the major road so it is noisy at the front. There is no breakfast and no reception so visitors have to contact the Alasia travel agency who are lovely people. A convenient location for the sights and for the ferries/hydrofoils.

Good budget hotel

Budget hotel with a great location next to the port and the sea.
A perfect place to stay if you don't mind a simple hotel room and nothing too fancy. Very good and friendly service from the travel agency Alasia which are the one running the hotel.
