If you go there you don't want to leave anymore
The thrill of climbing over the balcony and being on the beach can not be easily described. Fantastic!!!
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cozy family-run bar with good food.
Beautiful sunsets!
To top it off: chance to see turtles laying eggs on this beach! Exciting

Wonderful
There are only positive aspects for the structure starting with the owner Stelios, a kind and always available person. On the beach 15 minutes from Argostoli it allows you to laze around while enjoying a beautiful sea or to be the starting point for the island. Not only is the beach the birthplace of turtles... an enviable spectacle... well done you can't help but love it

Lovely last minute holiday
We booked a last minute holiday and came across Ammos Residence which looked lovely on the photos. When we arrived we were greeted with an iced coffee whilst we waited for the room to be ready, and the room itself was spacious with a comfy bed and everything you need. The apartment is literally on a beautiful beach with a great beach bar and was perfect for our stay, the location was great and despite being next to the airport the flights stopped overnight so did not disturb your sleep. Would come back again!

Storm Ianos
Would have been nice if someone had,just once, checked to see we were ok.
Apartment was completely flooded during the storm, no electric for 6 days/evenings and no water for a couple of days.
We didn't fuss as other parts of the island were hit far far worse, but would really have appreciated the owner just to have popped his head in to see we were ok and to have updated us with what was happening. Appreciate there was a lot of damage outside the apartment, but as customers it did feel like we were forgotten about.

Wonderful escape!
Nice accommodations and very friendly staff. The beach is one step from the hotel. We will stay here again. Make note that the airport is across the street but only a few flights in and out each day. I enjoyed watching the planes land and take off from the roof top. The snack shack on the beach is staffed by two wonderful, friendly ladies.
