Very clean and tidy place to stay , lovely people with smile that they are so willing to help you anytime anyway . I recommend it if want to stay near the seaside and at the same time in a peaceful area !

Owner mislead us to another property!

We arrived with my family to a place that looked nothing as the photos published. The owner told us that because there was no availability at the hotel he just put us in another room that they have for personal use -to put the cleaning material etc.He tried to convince us to stay in a place smelling bad, full of mold and when we said we would call the police he confirmed he would give us our money back and so we left . We were left without a hotel last minute having two children and not a lot of time to arrange ourselves. He wanted to make extra money using even the “maids room” instead of listing hotel as fully booked. Even after all discussion he was rude and insisted that he made us a favor to accept us. Horrible experience !

Good place

Nice hotel with ok rooms. Nice garden area with citrus fruits growing. Has a pool with a small children section. Some sunbeds around the pool but as usual these days sometimes you had to be there early as the other guests claims the beds. Usually by leaving a towel and then not showing up until a hour later.
Close to a Inka store and close to the beach, took us about 5-6 min tops to reach the beach. Only negative is that its located high up so when your heading back from the beach its a step road upwards.
Staff was friendly, especially the cleaning lady who always greated us and our kids with a smile.
AC costs extra.
All and all a nice hotel althou I wouldnt say that they have a bar (as our travel company said) its a fridge in the reception area where you can buy beer and some soft drinks.
Could definitly see myself coming back someday.

Soggiornato qui per 4 giorni in luglio fidandoci delle recensioni abbastanza positive di Booking.com
Il prezzo è molto conveniente e la struttura può andar bene se siete di passaggio e giusto una o due notti, accontentandosi parecchio. All’esterno la struttura si mostra curata con una bella piscina ma le camere lasciano molto a desiderare. Sorvolando sulla fatiscenza degli interni ( tende bucate, fodera del letto strappata, doccia con muffa sulle ante di plastica, tubi a vista, etc ) la cosa peggiore è stata la mancanza di pulizia. Inoltre abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere i proprietari solo il giorno della partenza, reception completamente assente.
Diciamo non proprio il soggiorno che speravamo.

Buon soggiorno

Appena arrivati il proprietario ci ha detto che dopo due giorni avremmo dovuto cambiare stanza, visto che la nostra era temporaneamente occupata. Questa cosa mi ha particolarmente infastidito perché ho trovato molto scomodo svuotare la valigia per poi doverla rifare dopo due giorni, traslocando la spesa che nel frattempo avevamo fatto e tutto il resto. Inoltre, la prima camera dove siamo stati era molto sporca (pavimenti sporchi, capelli ovunque, wc addirittura sporchissimo e asciugamani e lenzuola tutti macchiati) e aveva il box doccia rotto che non si chiudeva. Il proprietario, però, è sempre stato molto disponibile e ha accolto le nostre lamentele, facendoci ripulire la stanza dopo un giorno e facendo aggiustare il box doccia.
La piscina rilascia del blu sul corpo, che dopo qualche lavaggio va via.
La signora delle pulizie veniva sempre a orari e giorni diversi, quindi è capitato che delle volte avessimo dovuto dirle di non entrare perché magari eravamo noi in camera a fare qualcosa.
La seconda camera assegnataci era più pulita e meglio tenuta della prima, così abbiamo avuto un'esperienza complessivamente positiva. L'albergo è in una zona tranquilla residenziale e molto vicino sia alla spiaggia sia alla fermata del bus 21.
