Nice stay.
A bit tired room, but it drowned by a fantastic friendly service. Lots of activities for the little kids. Have nothing negative to bring with except the towel mafia, but the beach is located vis newspaper with serving so no crisis. Thanks for this time.

Stay away from this hotel, they will rip you off
Disappointing end to a 2-week stay – Felt nickel-and-dimed by the logistics
Our group of three families booked a comprehensive 2-week package trip through Ving, where they managed the hotel, flights, and transfers. We booked a total of three rooms for our stay. Everything went smoothly until our departure day, where the handling of our checkout felt incredibly unfair and greedy.
Our stay ended on July 5th with a standard checkout time of 11:00 AM. However, the return flight Ving scheduled for us doesn't leave until 01:30 AM the next morning, meaning our airport transfer bus isn't picking us up until 22:30 PM. To avoid sitting in the lobby for over 11 hours, we inquired about keeping our rooms longer.
We were told we had to pay an extra €80 per room just to stay until 18:00 PM. To make matters worse, when we explained that our transfer isn't until 22:30 PM and asked to extend past 18:00, the hotel just demanded even more money from us.
Paying €80 per room only to be kicked out four and a half hours before our pickup anyway feels like a complete cash grab. After bringing three families here for a full two weeks, being squeezed for every last Euro at the very end leaves a terrible aftertaste. When a company plans and sets up the flight times for a package holiday, the logistics should be coordinated without exploiting the customers on their final day.
To top it all the lady in the reception found it appropriate to scream to me how this was a global practice like i should not be having an opinion about it, she could not stay calm even though i was talking calmly explaining our situation with 3 families and kids kicked out half a day before departure

A wonderful week at Alexandra Beach,
Nice and child friendly hotel. Very functional apartments.
Really good cleaning of the apartment.
Really nice area in the hotel and with great location right by Agia Marina beach!
The best part of the hotel was all the nice and child-friendly staff! Cute, cute people who do what they can to make people have a good holiday. THANK YOU ALL!!
We found that the breakfast buffet was really good with great selection.
The only bad thing about the buffet was some of the tourists who left their children unattended when food was picked up.
The staff at breakfast also cheers for people to have a nice experience and interact with all children.
We had the most beautiful week at Alexandra Beach ❤️!

Very happy!
Me and my 11 year old daughter stayed at Alexandra beach for a week in May. Nice and clean hotel, good and varied breakfast, very nice staff. It is not allowed to dib sun loungers so the lifeguard removed towels before the pool opened. Nicely arranged activities in the evening. We'd be happy to go there again.

Nice hotel with pool
Nice hotel with incredibly friendly multilingual staff. Clean fresh rooms with fridge and cooking utensils. Breakfast was very varied and nice with Greek touch. With fantastic location and the nice staff we couldn't have a better experience.
