Great stay
Great hotel to stay in. Everything new and clean. Kettle in the hotel room. The hotel is located on an industrial estate, so you should not be in the area. Are you passing through or just looking for a place to sleep, great stay.

Great little hotel
Small, lovely hotel. Very friendly staff and a very tasty breakfast/breakfast selection. Pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are a sufficient size and have a modern bathroom.

very clean but no staff onsite, restaurant closed, no kettle in the room and no restaurants/cafes. grocery stores nearby
We stayed one night, on a Sunday, the day before a public holiday. We were the only people staying in the hotel and there were no staff in the time we were there (we picked up the room key via a code sent in advance).
The room and the corridors were of a good standard (clean, attention paid to the decoration). We were allocated a room with wetroom/ facilities for persons with physical disabilities, which we did not need and had not asked for. The room window was blocked by a massive two metre high, over a metre wide sign saying 'hotel open for business' - which we had to move to access the bed.
There was parking included and, as we were the only people on site, we were the only ones using it. The onsite restaurant was completely closed all the time we were there (so no possibility of breakfast) and, because there was no kettle or facilities to make a drink in the room, we would have been very stuck if we hadn't got sandwiches left over from the day's driving. This was particularly so as the hotel is situated in the middle of an industrial park (mainly auto shops as far as I could see), with no cafes, restaurants or grocery stores of any sort nearby. We also discovered that Limburg (the nearest town) is situated in a low emission zone so, without the low emission zone sticker, it is not possible to drive into the town, which would mean a fine if stopped by police. Although the room was comfortable, because of the lack of facilities and isolated location, I do not think this hotel provides value for money.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
Wie nächtigen sonst in den besten 5 Sterne Hotels der Welt und haben schon wirklich viel Luxus erlebt.
Klar, dass darf man hier nicht erwarten, aber für ein 3 Sterne Hotel war das Bett super, sehr viele bequeme Kissen und Bettwäsche von guter Qualität.
Auch gibt es neben jeder Bettseite eine Steckdose, Lichtschalter sowie 2 USB Steckdosen.
Das Bad war sehr groß mit einer großen Dusche.
Zudem war das ganze Zimmer super sauber.
Wie nächtigen sonst in den besten 5 Sterne Hotels der Welt und haben schon wirklich viel Luxus erlebt.

Neu - modern - mit zu wenig Personal
Ein neues ca 2,5 Jahres Hotel im Motelstyle.
Wie bundesweit auf unserem Roadtrip erlebt, bestehen auch hier arge Probleme ausreichend Personal bzw Fachpersonal zu finden.
Die Rezeption war daher am Abreisetag nicht besetzt und man musste die Zimmerkarte in ein Kästchen werfen.
Insgesamt war der Empfang am Anreisetag sehr freundlich und wir hatten den Eindruck dass mit uns zusammen ggf nur 2 weitere Zimmer belegt waren.
Das Zimmer selbst sehr neu und modern, es riecht aber auch noch sehr nach "neu", was wir teilweise als chemischen Geruch über wahrgenommen haben.
Bett mit vielen Kissen und super harter Boxspringmatratze. Es gibt einen Safe, ein kleines Tischchen aber keinen ausreichenden Platz wenn man mit 2 großen Koffern zu Zweit anreist......will man dann was aus den Koffern holen, wird es kompliziert.
Für Geschäftsreisende mit kleinem Handgepäck aber sicherlich ausreichend.
Dusche war sehr schön, aber den Boden empfanden wir als rutschig.
Was wir als sehr störend und negativ empfunden haben war, dass Abends bis 23h zwischen 2 und 4 Kinder wohl von Gästen aus dem angrenzenden zum Hotel dazu gehörenden Restaurant den Parkplatz und die Autos als Spielwiese umfunktioniert hatten und sich dort lauthals tummelten, für Selfies und dergleichen. Das hat hier nichts verloren und hier hätten wir uns sowohl von den Eltern als auch vom Hotelpersonal ein Einschreiten erwartet.
Nachts ist es insgesamt im Gewerbegebiet nicht so leise wie man es ggf vermuten würde, es ziehen Jugendliche gröhlend durch die Straßen, es stehen auch Kühltransporter in den Nebenstraßen deren Aggregate man hört und wenn das nicht ist, hört man durchdrehende Räder von Sportwagen die sich dort am Wochenende treffen.
Insgesamt hat es uns aber dennoch gefallen und für eine Nacht ist es OK.
