Pleasant Stay !
I stayed there for three days on an official trip. The overall stay was peaceful and joyful.
Pros:
1. Clean and spacious
2. Friendly staffs
3. Separate bathroom (with bathtub)and toilet (atleast in my room)
4.Right in the city with easy access to S-Bahn and bus.
5. Good breakfast spread
6. Includes a small Gym, Sauna and indoor swimming pool
7. Specially I had a mini bar :)
Cons:
1. Limited parking, didn't find parking after 8PM but still the outside board shows "free"
2. No moisturising cream, tooth brush/paste, slippers
I would recommend for families with kids as they would enjoy the stay and ofcourse for business trips.

Brilliant hotel in Munich
The hotel is in a fabulous location just a short walk into the centre of town. This is also a subway station extremely close by with direct link to the airport.
Service at the hotel was excellent with very helpful and pleasant staff.
The rooms are extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean.
We used the hotel swimming pool which was also excellent and well maintained.
The bar area in the lobby was lovely for a night cap and the cocktails were brilliant.
A fantastic destination to stay in Munich that I would happily recommend

Disappointing stay, service greatly in need of improvement.
Suite, room 601.
Well equipped, a large library for every taste in the room.
Modern facilities.
The shower had to run long before warm water came out, after which it was a constant alternating bath between freezing and boiling hot.
At the sink the water outlet sits far too deep, so you can not wash your hands properly.
On arrival there were 3 empty sugar bags in the coffee/tea box.
The promised fruit bowl and the promised drink were not available.
The staff is friendly and solution oriented.
On Saturdays, the room was not made until late afternoon after complaint.
Room service was useful.
Due to the complaints, the parking ticket (60€) was taken over by the hotel.
The breakfast buffet was rich and tasty.
The offer for dinner was solid and tasty.
Very small alluvial pool. Cold water.
Textile-free sauna separated by gender.
Relaxation room without music and with very bright light.
Extensive fitness equipment.

Wonderful Hotel & Awesome friendly service
This Hotel is top service. The bar staff are very professional especially Ms. Melis/ Turkish team leader & Ms. Martina/Italian professional, speak great English, German & Sayeed, David,Lenny very respectful & helpful. Reception Herr Benjamin & Hr Sanin & Fr Lena are very helpful & professional & that goes with all the Front dest Reception. The buffet is great, healthy & fresh. I would recommend this Munich City hotel
to everyone & will do.
