Very disappointing visit
Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this place.
We booked the hotel mainly because of the sauna indicated on the page, as we are on skiing holiday and wanted to relax after a long day. On the spot we were told by an employee who barely spoke German that there is no sauna at all. That was a big disappointing point for us.
When asked for a supervisor, we were told that they were on holiday and were not available – so no clarification was possible.
After a hard day of skiing we wanted to shower, but there was neither sufficient water pressure nor warm water. We had to wait over an hour before we could even shower – absolutely unacceptable. In addition, the supposedly me restaurant is missing.
In addition, the bottle of water announced on the website was not present in the room.
Instead, simple discount water (purchase price about 19 cents) was sold for over €2, which we find quite cheeky.
Overall very disappointing – we would definitely not book this hotel again.

No breakfast, no restaurant, no sauna (although promoted)
They claim to offer a "very good breakfast" and also sauna (from 16 October until May).
We were there on the 2nd of November. They told us that the sauna was closed. And there was no breakfast at all, so we had to take quite an awful breakfast from the local bakery.
Also, there is no opened restaurant at all in-house, despite being promoted on their page (see photos attached).

Never again!
Never again!
On arrival there was not a single car in the parking lot and the hotel makes an abandoned impression.
At the reception a young man who did not speak much and took us to our room. It was exactly as you expected from the photos.
The folder with the guest information was clear. Wishes to the hotel wg. Breakfast or dinner should be expressed by mail, WhatsApp or via booking chat. No personal contact!
On the booking page, the hotel provides information on facilities that do not apply: There is no bar, no restaurant, no kettle, no coffee machine, no soap and toiletries in the bathroom.
When we left the hotel for dinner, we saw the young man get on a bus from reception. So in the evening we returned to a poorly lit hotel where we were obviously the only guests. Scary!!
We didn't close our eyes half the night and decided to leave this inhospitable house around 4:30 in the morning.
Interesting that the booking page says “Lucky - usually not available, very popular”. And without guests!!!!
The photos from the hotel show, among other things, a group of people dressed in traditional costumes who may have something to do with the hotel. We haven't seen anyone.
The reviews at booking.com are incomprehensible to me or it was really different here years ago.
Conclusion: Never return to this hotel and beware of reviews and hotel descriptions!

Good hotel. Bad staff
The 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. But it will be the last. First, I'd like to be fair and say the lication and the hotel are amazing. It was my family's first experience of Germany, Europe in general, actually. There was a misunderstanding from one of my family members about breakfast. She was told breakfast was included. It was not, and it does state that, so I want to be fair. However, the Ukranian man was extremely rude and handled the situation very poorly. He made my family very nervous and intimidated them (mind you, I was not present for all). He was essentially calling them out that, but there was a language barrier. He then got a co-worker to his phone and just handed my family member the phone, not briefing the co-worker beforehand, so it was very confusing for all. In the end, my family was bothered because it could have been handled professionally, especially by a mature person. We paid for breakfast, 13.80 euros for a croissant and a sausage. My family could have stayed for breakfast, but they felt yhe man hounding over them. One person can make a difference, and since it was my family's first time in country, it definitely did not impress the way it was handled. Good thing that elsewhere people were nuce and mature, especially when we spend money. I had high hopes for this hotel, but I can never go back because of the way they treated my family. Good thing is that there are many, many more options.
