wish I could give them 6 points not 5....

It was a flawless hotel experience and perhaps the most guest-friendly team I've ever encountered. My experience began with the desk manager who helped me organize a taxi (my train was running late). Excellent food and a quiet room. A+++
I was in Glonn on business and will be back again. When I do come to town, it will be this hotel only.

3 sleepless nights

We have been through 3 sleepless nights. we booked an apartment for four people, and the rooms were super small and just above reception. Since unfortunately there was no air conditioning, it was very warm in the summer, we had to open the windows. on our first evening live music was going on late at night and after a few hours sleep we were woken up by a nice roar, of remodeling work. we have asked several times for another room, as also the location above the reception is really disturbing when guests arrive late at night, the room is directly on the street and opposite a church tower, which really rings every 15 minutes. The rooms are very small and extremely spartan. For the price we paid, it really wasn't intoxicating. The staff at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet are very friendly. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay for us, and we would avoid this place in the future.

Amazing Spa

The hotel has an incredible spa, large and with lots of options. The room was fine. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had a good balance of fresh fruit, yoghurts, bread, cheese, etc. Would stay here again.

Ottimo Hotel

Tutte le volte che si va in fiera a Monaco di Baviera, prenoto in questo hotel fuori dalla città ma in mezzo al verde e alle colline...
Negli anni si è sempre rinnovato e oggi offre delle camere veramente belle, spaziose e silenziose.
L’hotel ha anche un centro benessere, ma purtroppo, per mancanza di tempo non ho mai potuto usufruirne.
La colazione è ottima e il personale è sempre molto cordiale.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo durante le fiere è molto buono.
