I think they could be more friendly in the reception, people sometimes come very tired from long trips, and they only one hospitality and friendly behaviour. They were not rude but neither friendly.

The staff is really nice. The rooms are not big but the bed slept good and we were in the city most of the time so didnt need a bigger room. Shower was clean no mold. Would sleep here again when visiting Dusseldorf

It was, as always, a nice stay. Everything was great at the hotel this time too, so I have been happy to come back again and again for 12 years.

Great budget hotel in central location.

Simple but excellent hotel in city centre. Rooms spacious and comfy bed, hot shower and desk to work at.
Excellent breakfast with lots of choice.
Located as part of the main railway station this is an excellent location for onward travel including the airport.
