This was an amazing hotel experience - the staff was incredibly kind and helpful and upon arrival, a welcoming glass of wine! The location for this hotel is perfect!

Perfect short vacation
We spent a short vacation with friends at this great hotel.
It is located so centrally, right on the Moselle, that you can reach the city center with its beautiful restaurants or the ferry dock in 2 minutes.
The breakfast on the outdoor terrace could not have been better.
We didn't miss anything at the buffet and enjoyed it.
The rooms were great and, despite the central location, very quiet. You should book the parking garage directly under the hotel as well.

Our stay was not worth its price!!
If you do not want any service, this is the right place for you!
No friendly welcome, no assistance with luggage, but they charge €260 for a double room.
The lobby bar (only until 6:00 PM) as well as the rooftop bar (Tuesday-Saturday) are only open to a very limited extent.
Cocktails only from a mix! Not drinkable!!
Only Deinhard's products are offered and they are simply undrinkable.
The Dian restaurant is more like a to-go restaurant.
Breakfast in 3 sessions, no service, everything do-it-yourself, like in a youth hostel!
Housekeeping only every 2 days and the towels are so thin, you can't imagine it!

Very nice
Super nice hotel in the heart of Bernkastel-Kues. Very nice room and very good breakfast. Friendly staff, friendly staff.

It's a lovely hotel that's in a very good location in Bernkastel. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable as was the bedding.
Breakfast is good, but not outstanding. At the time stayed, the fresh fruit on offer was being harassed by lots of flies which made it unappealing. I think many people appreciate the wine that is available at breakfast, but it wasn't something that appealed to me.
The air conditioning was struggling to keep the room cool in the hot weather, but it was appreciated nonetheless. Our main disappointment was that the rooftop / terrace bar wasn't open for most of our stay which was a shame. For me, it was a lovely hotel, but not quite 5 star rating.
