A great stay at the Novotel Prado!
Spacious and well appointed room with superb views of the prado and our Lady of the Guard

An Overpriced Shame
1 towel for 2
1 bathrobe for 2
1 can of Perrier for 2 (executive)
No coffee capsule so no cup either
A SHAME on the image of the ACCOR Group
To I forget the lack of empty hand wash products

Well located.
Comfortable bed.
Air conditioning works well.
A few minor drawbacks:
The room faced the avenue, so it was too noisy to open the windows. However, with the windows closed, the noise was barely noticeable.
In the bathroom, the bathtub faucet was missing a cover but worked fine, and the shower screen could use some fixing.
Above all, the staff were truly kind and very helpful.
A hotel I would definitely recommend.

Disappointed for a novotel
Room not ready at 15:00, forced to ask 3 times to have shower gel because the bottle was empty from the Check in, no tissues either...
Air conditioning HS and the heat was 25 degrees in the rooms...
Apart from that the breakfast was pretty good apart from an HS coffee machine on both. So one machine for 40 people...
I will not go back.
