Top hotel with a top crew

We stayed with 17 cyclists for a week at Les Sapins hotel and from minute 1 we felt we were welcome, we were pampered by Patrick, Melodi, Sabrina, Mateo, Leo ...
The rooms were spacious, clean daily, nice breakfast, in the evening a delicious and varied dinner + extensive and affordable wine list, and safe garage boxes for our steel steed. For cyclists this is the perfect base, the champion jerseys that hang in the dining room do not lie.

Standard rooms are at the limit of low cost , which makes them cozy in the current jargon of hoteliers.
Small and old room by the road, poorly soundproofed, tv barely bigger than a postage stamp. Very modest bathroom. Access to the rooms by a worrying staircase in case of incident.
The meal was of good quality but WARNING the half board is not composed of 4 courses as indicate on the hotel website (and still not rectified after my remark to the boss) but 3 courses.
Decent breakfast.

Well located, friendly and very tasty experience! I'll be back!

This hotel is ideally located for trips by motorcycle or bicycle in the Vosges. There will be a lot of cycling teams, by the way. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and correct but maybe a bit 'tired'. But everything you need is there. Highly recommended is definitely the restaurant. Very good food for a very reasonable price. You definitely shouldn't look for anything else (there's not much around either).

Great hotel an restaurant, especially for cyclists

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights as part of a cycling group trip. The rooms are spacious, the hotel had garages setup for bikes with hooks on the ceiling and tools for maintenance work.
Breakfast has a lot of quality items (ham, cheese, bread, pastries, yogurts etc.) and excellent local homemade jams. Dinners were quality menus with local specialties featured.
The staff was attentive and took good care of us.
