Communication regarding pick up could have been clearer, particularly considering the lack of data and WiFi at Quito airport. Other than that was good.

The breakfast was amazing!! The atmosphere is just perfect for solo travelers. It’s very clean and the water pressure is amazing!

It was a good hotel and the staff was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised that the stay included transportation to the airport. The only things I would change would be the towels and the soap bar. They could use a better towels quality cuter shampoo conditioner and soap dispensers to add a nicer touch to the room.

A steal of a deal, but scary

Sure it's a nice hotel, but in a scary location. You're only 3km from the airport Departures, but there's only one restaurant in the area - and will it open for supper? So, bring food! (just in case). Reception staff couldn't get the TV to work but she wouldn't give us another room. Decent breakfast is delivered at 7:30am, ready or not. $35 gets the two of you a nice room and a complimentary airport shuttle (day or night) so why not?

initially, it was difficult to find as the taxi driver could not locate, so I’m gonna include a photo of the road. It’s on and a picture of the hotel.. other than that, it’s a lovely place. We had two beds with air conditioning with a balcony that we sat and ate our breakfast in the… it’s a little bit of a distance to the town, but 10 or 15 minutes maximum.. the most important thing Rocio, the host is absolutely one of the sweetest lovely person I’ve ever met.. she was there to help us with everything from getting tours, making sure we had water. She even loaned me her water bottle.!.. was always there whenever we needed her… I think this will be a very enjoyable day for anybody highly recommend it.
