Cute little hotel
One night stay in Trogir but after checking into this hotel we wished we had longer!! Super cute hotel with character, above an ice cream shop… great location, right in the thick of everything. Air conditioning worked very well which was much needed in the middle of a heatwave.

Quaint Hotel in a perfect location.
The perfect location for visiting Trogir. We thought about staying at some of the more sterile looking hotels outside of the old town but were really glad we went with this place in the end. A nice little hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Villa Carrara is in keeping with the beauty of the old town. The older, less pristine furniture for example is part of the charm and fits in with the atmosphere of the quaint old narrow streets. Any limitations the hotel might have is a product of its medieval location (for eg there's no lift, you can't access the front door by car/taxi as its within the old town walls, and noise carries a little bit between floors). If you're fine with a couple of flights of stairs it's definitely worth it for the historic location right amongst the bustle of why you're probably visiting Trogir in the first place. Stayed with our 4 year old for 2 nights and he really loved it too. We stayed in the room with the large balcony which was fun for watching the narrow street below and nice to have some private outside space.

Old world charm with modern comforts in the heart of Trogir
One of the most charming and adorable hotels I have ever stayed in! You enter through a stone gate and find yourself in a tiny courtyard with stairs leading up to the hotel. Kate at the desk made sure our stay was perfect and our host wisked our luggage up the stairs for us. The kids adored the gabled ceilings in our room and we all loved the wonderful suite that was on the top floor. In the same building is a sweets shop that has dozens of flavors of sladoled and delicious pastries that you can enjoy in the next door courtyard. We can't wait to return!

Excellent,central location.
Very nice room. Good bed.Very clean room/bathroom. Quiet,although very central in Old Town. Excellent breakfast. If minus: Not for people with problems with steep, narrow stairs.Either not for familys with children before scool-age.The staff is very service minded and helpful .We were two couples, staying two nights and we all agree:We will surely come back!

Special offer on parking by property was very good at 60 kn overnight. Breakfast in cafe downstairs was excellent.
We booked the small double which was fine for one night might be bit small if you were staying longer.
