Not recommended
We stayed here during our graduation trip and, unfortunately, we do not feel we can recommend it.
As soon as we arrived, we encountered a problem with the sink pipe, which was rotten. We had to spend an entire afternoon waiting for the plumber for the replacement, without the owner bothering to stay on-site to check the situation.
Furthermore, we left a deposit of €600 in cash and, at the time of check-out, after checking the apartments, €50 was withheld from us for a wooden chair that had gotten wet. The chair had been used only once and, as soon as we sat down, it broke, making us fall to the ground, a sign that it was probably already deteriorated. It had then been fixed and seemed perfectly intact.
The apartment advertised for six people was actually suitable for at most four: it had two double beds and two folding armchairs passed off as single beds. In another apartment for four people, however, the bed frame was rotten and, not satisfied with the €50 for the chair, she wanted to make us pay for a bed already broken previously that we hadn't even noticed. From the photos sent by the lady, one could see how the bed frame was also deteriorated.
A piece of advice is to take photos of everything that is broken and check everything before using anything. As for the included towels, there is only one. Oh, and toilet paper included? One roll for six for 5 days…
The only real plus point is the location: it is located about a five-minute walk from the sea and the supermarket, and it is convenient for reaching Zrće Beach.

run for your lives
highly unrecommended, upon arrival we were asked for a 600 euro deposit for four apartments for a dilapidated house where everything inside was worth a maximum of 50 euros, including the tiles.
holes in the wall, rotten shower and sink (we had to spend the whole afternoon in this dump waiting for the plumber because the owner didn't care about her house), parquet flooring that you can remove whenever you want and take home comfortably and resell easily on Vinted to pay back your deposit that you will never see again (if you can even find the best pieces, I doubt it)
rotten table and chairs (the lady asked us for 50 euros for a chair full of termites, which we sat on the first day and ended up on the floor; who knows why she checked right under the chair, maybe because it was already broken and they are thieves?), don't force the doors too much as they could crush you and sleep in the bed with you.
the owner and what looks like a housekeeper are always on alert, checking everything you do.

The dear lady says that towels are included, yes one large 30cm one per person and they will never be changed, rotten and holey sheets.
The same goes for the toilet paper, one roll for 6 and it has to last you for the whole stay otherwise you can use the leaves you find in the courtyard.
If, on the other hand, you want to have the experience of staying in the jungle, highly recommended

IMBARAZZANTE!!!
Esperienza da dimenticare. Host molto molto invadente (non ci era permesso nemmeno chiacchierare dopo le 23), siamo stati costantemente minacciati dalla proprietaria e il prezzo è eccessivo per il servizio offertoci (1 asciugamano per 8 giorni e nessuna pulizia). Abbiamo prenotato per 12 persone, ma ci sono stati forniti 8 posti letto effettivi (i restanti 4 erano poltrone smontabili). Ci sono stati sottratti dei soldi dalla cauzione senza effettivamente giustificare il prezzo nonostante avessimo chiesto spiegazioni.
La ciliegina sulla torta è l’inquietante famiglia della host che ci ha costantemente fissati dalla mattina alla sera. Siamo inoltre abbastanza certi che siano entrati nel nostro appartamento per spegnere delle luci lasciate accese più di una volta.
