A paradise in Quindio

A very modern construction, despite the countryside. Spacious and clean rooms, modern bathroom, clean and in good condition hotel facilities, excellent restaurant food. The very well equipped social area with board games
I liked the service. The proximity to the Parque del Cafe, the Margaritas, or the thermals, including the Cocora Valley, is excellent.
Wide bay.
Hotel security, awesome.
Nice setting, there is a path through coffee and palm trees very interesting for nature lovers.

Water filtration in room

Water entered through the walls of the room on two nights of stay, we had to move our children's beds to prevent them from getting wet in the middle of the night, the administration never contacted us to apologize, nor did we receive a discount for the bad experience. -_-

Amazing place to enjoy with the family

I love this hotel!!!! The staff are very professional, friendly and very helpful. The surroundings are well kept and beautiful. Very close to everything. We stayed for new year’s and we really have so much fun. The food is very delicious. I will come back for sure.

Perfect vacation

Good value for the price. We were on family visits to Cali for 10 days and stayed at the Hotel Arrayanes for 6 days. The hotel has a good international standard. The rooms were fine, clean and the staff were good and sweet. Breakfast was good and simple. The internet works at some room or you can cach it near the reception area. The hotel arrange a five days tour for us, one each day, and it went very well. Many thanks to management (Angelina) and staff

Very nice place to stay at la Zona Cafetera - Colombia

Excellent and very comfortable bed and breakfast hotel, in the middle of the Colombian coffee plantations, easy access, close to everywhere you want to go, and the attention given by the hostess is very personalize and beyond excellent.
Beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi, meals and all the amenities at the property are very well maintained and enjoyable.
Thank you so much to all the staff.
