Clean and complete with necessary amenities as described. However, should you plan to take the room without the washer and dryer, you can still use the common laundry facilities

This is my fourth stay with them and I even recommend to my friend to stay when we visit Xi'An. Overall, it was a good experience. However, I was a bit surprised to find that smoking is allowed in the rooms. I could even smell it from my room. When I passed by the room next door, their door and window were open, and the smell of smoke was quite noticeable.

Great hotel in Xi’an

This is a fantastic apart hotel. We paid approximately £90 for 3 nights and the rate included breakfast. There are both western and Chinese options for breakfast. The rooms are huge and really well equipped. Cleaned daily with fresh towels, toiletries replenished and bottled water, tea and coffee. There is also a gym, laundry room, sauna and yoga room. The staff are extremely helpful and do go out of their way. Location was good near to lots of shops and places to eat. If you need to get anywhere taxis are so cheap a 30 minute cab ride cost approximately £3! Can’t recommend enough it was everything we needed.

This was an excellent hotel to stay in. The staff were friendly and positive. The hotel was well maintained and the cost and quality was much better then the Hampton Inn, by Hilton, in Qingdao China that I recently stayed in.
