The hotel staff are extremely helpful and the manager is very prompt in solving issues! Will definitely go back! It was our fist time to China with our 3 year old and were very concerned with hygiene quality but were relieved to find out that this place is very clean with good food hygiene as well! Breakfast spread is pretty decent with local food and western options. Great for families!

体验是真心不错，一进门就有小哥哥帮忙提行李，指引了我们停车场，提供免费停车服务，大堂很大，前台小姐姐办理入住快速，给我们安排楼层高一点，安静的房间了，进房间整体卫生比较干净，床也很软，正好碰到酒店外卖包点，还有最近的升学宴也可预定，看上去价格也挺优惠。推荐！

这次来长沙旅游，入住天龙大酒店的体验简直太棒了！必须给个大大的好评👍
一进酒店，前台小姐姐就热情相迎，办理入住迅速又贴心，还耐心解答我各种关于周边游玩的问题，好感度瞬间拉满！礼宾员也超有眼力见儿，主动帮忙提行李，一路送到房间 ，服务超贴心~
房间干净整洁，床铺舒适，看得出来楼层阿姨打扫得非常用心。每天逛完回酒店，都能享受这份舒适与安心🛏
早餐种类虽说不是特别丰富，吃得挺满足。而且味道也还不错，开启元气满满的一天~
最惊喜的是酒店的交通位置，出门走几步就有地铁站和公交站，不管是去五一广场、橘子洲头还是岳麓山，都超级方便，为我省了不少时间和精力。
这次入住体验超棒，下次来长沙，肯定还选天龙大酒店！

进门就感觉很舒服，有礼宾员帮忙拿行李，酒店前台服务非常出色！态度热情友好，办理入住和退房手续迅速高效。无论何时遇到问题，前台都能及时提供帮助，耐心解答疑问，服务细致周到。尤其是夜班人员，依然保持专业和微笑，令人印象深刻。整体体验非常愉快，前台的服务为整个住宿体验加分不少，酒店大堂还有一个咖啡店醒，闲来无事可以坐着喝杯咖啡。非常推荐！

第一次来长沙旅游选了这家酒店，真的太方便了！步行5分钟就是地铁口，去橘子洲头、五一广场这些景点都是两三站路的事。房间干净清爽，早上还能吃到现煮的米粉和热腾腾的包子，比普通连锁酒店的早餐用心多了。入住时前台送了果盘，洗好的苹果和香蕉特别甜，细节加分！周边便利店、药店都很齐全，离市妇幼医院就隔条马路，带家人住着安心。市中心能找到这样性价比高的独立酒店太难得了！
