The room was nice. Nice kitchenette with sink. I enjoyed staying there. The check in guy was very accommodating and polite. I would stay there again

There were bugs in the bed during the night. The shower and sink were clogged, so we couldn’t even take a shower. There was also no water bottle provided. Overall, the room and service were very disappointing, and our whole stay was ruined.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Worst Hotel Experience in 30 Years
The check-in process was terrible. I had booked two rooms: one for two adults, and another for two adults and a 12-year-old child. On arrival, I was told that the room type I had booked for two adults and a child was not available. As a result, all three guests had to spend the night sharing a single bed, which was completely unacceptable given that the booking had been made for three people.
The condition and atmosphere of the property were equally concerning. The sink in our room did not work and had no running water, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The soundproofing was so poor that we could clearly hear guests snoring in neighbouring rooms.
There were also people smoking what appeared to be cannabis around the property. I observed a woman repeatedly entering and leaving the property with different men, which contributed to an uncomfortable and suspicious atmosphere.
Overall, this did not feel like a property suitable for families or ordinary holidaymakers. The accommodation provided was substantially below what I had booked and expected.

Our room smellt awful. Had to go to store to get air freshener to try and cover up the smell. I don’t feel like our sheets were clean. There was hair all over our sheets and pillows in both beds. Hair all in the bathroom too. Pillows were super thin and bed was just okay. Would not stay here again.

The bedspread had a stain on it, the sheets were rough with obvious pilling. And the queen bed came with two pillows. The first floor room I was given had a window that was not secured. But my biggest concern was the staff. I asked for a 330am wake up call and was told to call the front desk at 1030 when the next person came on duty. I informed the staff member that I planned to go to bed much earlier than that and suggested he leave a note for the person. He was non-conmital. When I went out to get my luggage and returned. He followed me to my room and when I asked what he was doing as this made me feel unsafe as a single woman traveling alone. He said he was going to show me how to use the AC. I told him it that was unnecessary and he backed off for which I'm grateful but just wordlessly following me to my room door gave me the creeps and made me feel unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel. Not for any price. Stay elsewhere
