This charming hotel is located 10 minutes' drive away from the centre of Quebec City and top area attractions, including the Old Walled City. All rooms are accessible via stairs only.

A very clean environment and excellent customer service specially receptionist they will go above and beyond to help you. Everything is within walking distance.

Quiet location, but need car to get to action/restaurant variety.(note in August 2026, major construction underway that begins at 8 am. Street in front of hotel literally torn up).
Older property in need of updating. Basic accommodations at best.
Breakfast not worth getting up for.
No elevator. Had to haul luggage up and down 3 flights of steps. Generally not ideal for the elderly or disabled traveler.
Large suite made up for shortcomings -- but a large outdated suite.
Thankfully a short 2 night stay.
Cannot recommend.

Good hotel with 15 minutes drive from downtown. The only thing is that we have to take our two heavy suitcases to 3rd floor as there is no lift/elevators. Rest breakfast was good and enough space for parking.

While the bed was very comfortable and the room was fine for a one-night stay, guests should note that it is a basic continental breakfast rather than a full meal, the bathroom needs more detailed cleaning, and the lack of an elevator makes it challenging for travelers with large luggage.

Located in an industrial zone, the outside appearance of the hotel looks like an industrial warehouse. Construction is being done all around the hotel.
Hallways need updating , new carpets and better circulation of air. No elevator.
Rooms were nicely furnished but a bit small. Staff was very hospitable.
Good parking on site.
