Very clean room. Bathroom vent fan very very loud and noisy and we had a water leak on floor near toilet. Room very clean though

The room very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. It was a very comfortable and quiet stay. We thought it was cool that they give you vouchers for a few different restaurants and a few other things.

Check in was easy, room was clean and location was perfrect. Went a show at Fallsview and hotel was 3 minute walk.

We checked in to Days inn hotel on 13th and room was too much smelly me and my daughter had contingency with that smell we asked to change the room but they said no availability and we asked atleast clean the room but they said no cleaners, receptionist was not good and we booked it for 2 days we said we checkout immediately give the refund for 2nd day but they said no
Because of too much smell we vacated room service also not good

The worst hotel vacation I believe I've had in my 48 years of existence by far actually. From being turned around at the actual motel I reserved. And then treated poorly at the hotel we were sent to and gutter room that had plumbing problems and ruined my guests expensive evening gown and clothing while she was showering the toilet backed up and flooded the washroom. Supposedly a five-star hotel I would strongly disagree and say that the days Inn would have been a much better pick.
