Modern hotel with superb location

We stayed in room 44 for two night - its a modern corner room with balcony. Bathroom is roomy with huge comfy towels. Bathroom even had a music station that you can turn on or off. When you first enter the hotel you see the bar and restaurant and overlook the reception table since the hotel doesn't have a dedicated lobby.
Pro:
Superb location. Perfect to walk to all main sightseeing in Sofia. Vitosha Boulevard is only 5 min walk away.
Staff are very friendly.
Night-out windows.
Modern hotel.
Con:
Located in the center, so you can still hear cars at night but didn't bother us too much.
Would book this hotel again - enjoyed our stay. Close to many restaurants and cafes.

Disappointing

I am referring exclusively to the restaurant, as I did not stay at the hotel. The prices are definitely high and, in my opinion, not justified by either the quality or the level of service offered.
The most unpleasant aspect, however, was the presence of numerous flies and other insects in the dining room. Throughout the meal, we were forced to continuously shoo them away from our plates and the table. A truly unpleasant situation and, above all, not acceptable for a restaurant that charges prices in this range.

We stayed in the penthouse and it was perfect for our family of 5. The rooms were clean and the staff very attentive.
