Please note that full board meals start with dinner on the day of check in and end with lunch on the day of check out. Lunch on the day of check in is not included in the rate. Nonalcoholic drinks are included. Please note that the hotel recreation area is destined to children older than 4 years old. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the 'Acqua Kids' is closed on Tuesdays. Please note that the 'Fun Beach' is closed on Wednesdays. We would like to inform you that from December 19, 2025, to January 25, 2026, the Fun Beach and Acqua Kids areas will operate continuously from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. There will be no closures during these dates.
