Outrageous...

Unbelievable that there are still websides working with these people!
Freezing cold, dirty, very noisy and moldy room.Do not respond to messages.Bail is non-refundable!
People stay away from here there are plenty of alternatives in Antwerp.

Worst experience, not recommended to anyone

We should have stayed here, but were cancelled by the host long after checkin time and after very, very rude conversations (only by Whatsapp) with the host. Horrible communication and we were not the only one. Also a few Ukranian girls were treated horrible. The just cancelled because they didn’t want another bad review at Booking.com (check their reviews there, they’re awful. We had to book another hotel. Cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone.

I'll book another place next time

They promote with ensuite bathroom while you have to go through a public corridor to get to the bathroom and toilet. We called about that while we were there and would be called back. They never did that again.
Apartment is neat, but access and behind some doors it's a big mess. In a public closet in the hallway were the keys to all the apartments. Nice location but very noisy and above the entertainment area.
