Overall very nice. Felt modern and clean, staff was very friendly. Its not a luxury place, for instance the shower in my room was mended with gaffa-tape, but in my opinion it was a fairly minor flaw. Good location, would stay there again for sure.

Nice hotel with great location. A lot of great attractions are within 15-20 minutes walking distance and public transportation is well developed around the hotel. Staff is extremely friendly, breakfast buffet offers a great variety and food was great. The room is cozy and comfortable and allows well deserved rest after a day of exploring this beautiful city!

Boutique charm with family friendly comfort
We stayed 4 nights here as a family of 3 in July. The ambiance and decor is clean and modern— homy with a touch of class. As a sensitive sleeper I enjoyed the comfortable bed, blinds and blackout curtains. The staff was responsive and the room was well refreshed everyday by housekeeping. We didn’t try the breakfast given the price, but there are plenty of options in the vecinity. Easy access to public transportation. We enjoyed lots of long walks in Neubau, even finding our way the mile walk to the city center a couple of times. Originally we chose the weekend hotel for its proximity to our Viennese friends’ apartment— lucky we found our way here, we’d definitely stay again.

Cute hotel
The hotel enjoys an excellent location—central yet quiet—with shopping streets, cafés, and restaurants within easy walking distance.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-sized, while the washrooms are decent and functional. There is no kettle provided in the room by default, but one was sent immediately upon request. Instead of a traditional room phone, the hotel provides an iPad for guest requests and communication.
The staff were efficient, friendly, and always willing to help, which added positively to the overall experience.
Breakfast was decent but chargeable with a reasonable selection, although no other meals are served at the hotel. Guests should also be aware that many additional services and amenities come with extra charges.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
Good afternoon, I want to warn you not to check into this hotel if you want to lose some of your money. Upon arriving home, I discovered that $200 had been stolen from me. Remembering something about reviews of this hotel, I started looking for information and discovered that I'm not the only one. Read the reviews and you'll find stories where people had ALL their money stolen from their wallets. Mine was stolen from a secret pocket in my briefcase. Please be careful. I hope this cleaning lady needs it more and learns to earn an honest living in the future.
