A week in Vienna with good value for money.
I stayed at this hotel for a week with my family; the rooms are basic but nice and clean, the bathroom the same. Before entering the room there was a small equipped kitchen that we didn't use, but it was convenient for making coffee in the morning, and then there was the fridge, which was also very convenient. The rooms don't have air conditioning, but during the time we went they gave us fans, and I must say there was no need to turn on the air. It is in front of the bus and tram stop, very convenient. Furthermore, right in front there is a free drinking water fountain. The area where it is located is full of supermarkets and is very quiet. The only flaw is that one part of the room window could not be opened, and another flaw is that they never came to clean during the whole week. For the rest, highly recommended hotel.

My worst experience in a long time.
It had been a long time since I had such a negative experience with an accommodation. I must start by saying that it is not a hotel, it is not an apartment, nor an aparthotel, it is simply a student hostel. That they sell this as a hotel or mask it as a hotel seems unethical to me. They do not clean the rooms, only starting from the third day if you stay longer than that, but it does not include changing sheets or making the bed.
Another important thing is the air conditioning. With the temperatures in the summer and without air conditioning, the rooms are an oven, and the only thing they provide is a tower fan. The heat is unbearable. Be very careful if you go with small children because I doubt that those temperatures can be permitted in an accommodation.
Moving on to breakfast, it is mediocre. I think the bread must be from the day before or earlier because it is hard and dry. Anyway, the breakfast is passable. The staff team that handles breakfast could not be more unfriendly, and every little thing you ask them for is a favor they are begrudgingly doing for you.
The mattress and pillow are not even fit for a fakir.
The location is far from the center, and in an area where there is barely any restaurant or café to grab something.
I could go on, but the main thing is that you do not make the same mistake we did and ruin your vacation with a hostel like this that does not allow you to rest.

A place to run away from.
It is actually a student residence that they rent out in the summer as if it were a hotel.
Terrible foam mattress, terrible inconsistent pillow. Like sleeping on the floor. 135 cm bed pushed against the wall with a shelf at the foot.
No air conditioning, which is essential in Vienna. Many days at 40 degrees. They only provide a miserable air tower, which with the heat in the room, it feels like the oven is on and the hot air is being spread around.
They only “clean” the room if you stay 5 days, and only on the third day. And that does not include washing the dishes or glasses you have used (there is no sink or cleaning supplies). It also does not include mopping the floor.
The subway runs right in front, so depending on where they put you, you already have the noise as it passes by. And do not forget the heat, because if you close the window you will have less noise, but you do not know if you will survive the night.
The breakfast buffet is mediocre. To highlight, the bread rolls could be used in cannons. They have trouble restocking what is missing (forget about any sign of friendliness when you speak to them).

great hotel experience
Hotel is conveniently located to easily reach the center you Vienna on foot, possibly is nicely connected with a tram line with stop 10 m from the hotel. The rooms are cozy, large shower, fridge, microwave and kettle present in the room, the only flaw that are not air conditioned, there is the presence of a fan, but for the period I was not necessary. Breakfast is good with a variety of both sweet and savory. young staff since it is also a student house but run very well.

It was a great discovery. The room is fantastic, and the hotel's services are excellent. It has a very spacious room for cooking, equipped with all kinds of accessories. It's an innovative idea for those who don't want to eat out all the time. The service was also very good. Choosing this hotel was a great success.
