warm welcome

Booked in a bit of a rush we were met with some good old fashioned common sense. Comfy room generous breakfast.The same family keep the little cafe just up the road which is a happy spot too.Bit hard to find in the dark.

We booked the place for two families, 4 adults and 4 children, on the way there we got stack in traffic and the time we calculate we would end up around 10-11pm, we called around 6pm and told the lady we happy to pay extra for someone to give us the keys as we had two year old child with us and 10 year the older, she refuse to do. She said is not my problem if you can't make it. It did cost us money and dreadful time to find a hotel and we got luck around 10:30pm to find a place to sleep.we have been many time in Austria and we never had that kind of languge and behaviour, it was unique!

Great value for money

The people are very friendly take their time with you. The appartement (we stayed in the one bedroom appartement ) was great. Very roomy and clean. Beds were very good and shower was super. Diner was very good and more than enough. We are very picky eaters but we loved the food. (We had schnitzel, cordon blue and mixed grill) Breakfast was a very nice continental breakfast.
Two minor points of critique are that the surroundings are pretty noisy and the television had not enough and only German channels.
The hotel is really close to the highway and perfect for staying the night while driving from the Netherlands to dalmatia Croatia.
We stayed here for one night with two adults and two children (14 and 12) we did not use the kitchen on the appartement and did not go sightseeing.
We would stay here again.

Für die Durchreise Ok

Wir waren eine Nacht auf der Durchreise zu Gast. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer wirkt wahllos zusammen gewürfelt und passte für uns nicht zum wirklich hübschen Gebäude. Das WLAN funktionierte super. Beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts. Die Salatsoße zum Abendessen war sehr sauer, die Hauptgerichte aber dafür perfekt. Die Dame an Empfang / Tresen war höflich und fragte auch nach unserer Zufriedenheit, man hatte jedoch das Gefühl, dass sie nicht an einer ehrlichen Antwort interessiert war. Sehr schade.
Die Preise sind in Ordnung.
Es gibt eine Möglichkeit zum Windeln wechseln, einen kinderstuhl und fünf Minuten Fußweg entfernt einen schönen Spielplatz.

Essen und Service TOP!!

Das Essen war sehr gut. Der Salat sollte jeder nicht verpassen, die Salatsoße ist sehr schmackhaft. Der Mohr im Hemd ist auch sehr lecker. Das Restaurant ist in einem gemütlichen Landhaus Stil dekoriert. Die Bedienung war sehr nett.
