Large Villa
Washing machine but no tumble dryer, microwave and hob but no oven.No Wi Fi.
Don’t stop in Warpole in the winter as nothing much open. We ended up buying so food from the Grocery. Pemberton is a better bet as much more going on.

Don't stay here!
When we arrived at the property to check in, we had not received any information regarding gaining access to the villa.Tried to contact Booking.com, tried to contact host, but to no avail. eventually found a number to call, but this was not answered. Tried again after a few minutes, eventually went to voice mail with a list of alternative numbers that we could try. We tried these but again, none of them were answered. Left a voice mail, no response. Eventually after about an hour of wasted holiday time and associated stress of not knowing whether or not we would have accommodation for the night, we finally received a message giving the number of the villa we had been allocated and the key safe number. (But a noticeable lack of apology). Cost a lot of money on international phone calls.
On arrival home contacted Booking.com numerous times to get compensation for phone calls. They recognised this should happen and promised to contact Villa owners. Despite many calls from me and promises from them, nothing happened for a few weeks. Booking. com suggested we contacted the villa directly, which we found absurd given that the complaint was about lack of response/communication with them. Then when I phoned Booking.com again I was told that the Villa owners had agreed to fully refund the money we paid, but it would take approx 10 days for the money to get to Booking.com who would then refund to us - a further 10 days wait. This time came and went, nothing happened. Booking.com said they can't do anything else and I should, ironically, contact the villa.
Since then both the villa owners and Booking.com have ignored and further correspondence from me.
Have subsequently cancelled future bookings through booking.com and rebooked with other agents or direct. Don't trust Booking.com to handle future bookings.
On a note about the Villas, there are very limited facilities in the area. Just two small convenience stores (one in a petrol garage) nearby and restaurants closed.

Awful!
We stayed in Village #1 and we wouldn’t stay here again.
Since there is no staff or anyone else around nothing gets checked.
The villa was large but so uninviting. The bathroom not very clean and the outside BBQ was a heap of rust.
A complete refurbishment is needed.
