Buffet breakfast
Food was good especially the omelette.
Actually services were so good and very efficient to clean up the table even though we just stepped out to grab more food
A card that indicate the table is taken and return the card when complete of the meal may help.
The smart view TV is nice as we may project our cell phone to TV to enjoy. However, internet connection wasn’t that good.
View not good as block by the Sydney Tower. Location is excellent for shopping.

The location is really central and convenient for shopping and access to the main attractions in Sydney. The food from the restaurant was excellent, and prices are reasonable.
The buffet breakfast was also good, but could be better with slightly more variation, especially since we stayed for 5 nights.
Our room was booked for 3 people, but we were only provided with two towels and no extra pillow. Additionally, the glass windows could be cleaner.

Great central location, perfect for staycation! Book the room with the lounge access! Worth it!!
Excellent location! Great girls staycation destination!!
Stayed to celebrate friend's birthday in the executive suite with the lounge access. Took advantage of buffet breakfast(amazing! The hotel has own beehives on the rooftop...fresh honeycombs!!!), afternoon tea (sandwiches with one vegetarian option, cakes, scones) and pre dinner drinks and canape. Drinks included basic spirits, wine and beer, self serve. Stayed 3 nights, and canapes changed daily. 2 x basuc hot food (e.g. spring rolls, filo triangles, mini meat pie etc.), one always vegetarian. Plus cheese, cold meat, dips, crackers etc. Not an expansive menu but more than enough as pre dinner snack. We actually did not need to eat out. Suite had a bedroom and a separate dining/lounge area with a very convenient 2 way toilet with own basin, separate from the main bathroom. This was a hit for us 2 girls sharing the suite. We had the sofa bed made up in the lounge, so each had a bed and own space, too. Location is very central. Just around the corner from the Pitt st mall and across the road from the state theatre. Staff were all friendly and professional. Archie's bar was lovely for a drink or two. It does not have a harbour view, but excellent value for money and perfect for staycation!!!!

Great location but let down by ordinary breakfast
Lovely room upgrade to corner. Room had all the ammenities needed for an over night stay right next to shopping district and other attractions in CBD. We had dinner at 10 Stories which was nice (seats were not comfortable) we asked to move to a booth and enjoyed our experience. Breakfast the next morning had the basics nothing amazing for price. Limited selection of tea and coffee. Accomodation was made asking for a small container of lactose free milk. Overall a nice stay but with some many options in Sydney CBD for price I’m not sure if lives up to the price point.

First time to Australia (Sydney). Hotel is in the heart of the city close to all the famous and not so famous attractions. Train and LRT systems are excellent and cheap.
