Our accommodation was a Cute Farm atmosphere. When we arrived the Coonara Heater was going so Toasty and Warm..Cute,Clean and Cosy...
Roxanne was so accommodating...
Freshly baked homemade bread, Jam,Honey , and Bacon & Eggs for breakfast!...Beds with electric blankets , warm, comfortable and great pillows!...Everything we needed..DVD Player... Great for families also with another cottage and a bigger house for larger groups...Plenty of room for kids to run around and farm animals too!...Good Old Fashioned Service...We will.be back...Thank you

Don't judge a book by its cover
Once you get to your cottage it is a quaint farm stay. The owner/manager of the property ensures you have plenty of everything. She even went to the main house and got a DVD the she thought we would like.

Amazing people, Amazing location.
Location is absolutely perfect - google maps is your friend!!
Practical and very convenient cottages, Huge bathroom and shower, well equipped and help is just around the corner if you run into issues.
Note, it's not your 5 star hotel in the city but it just awesome country style accommodation. Its right for it purpose and location!!

Not up to scratch
First impressions driving into the property showed a lot of clutter. An unpainted fence that needed repairs made, nothing like the photos we had seen.
At the front door of our cottage was lots of spider webs that could easily have been broomed down, more webs were outside on other parts of the walls.
Inside looked quite tidy but apparent that no dusting had been done before our arrival. Dust on TV cabinet and window sills.
There was a BBQ outside but so dirty, looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time, there was no cooking for us on it that was for sure.
Later in the night we discovered a nice web with a nice black spider residing in the toilet. Dare we say the supplied flyspray got a workout.
I pulled back my doona on one of the single beds before going to bed and let me say what I say on the underneath of the doona cover was not clean (looked like old blood), so I used the supplied blanket to sleep that night.
The spa bath was dusty and not as clean as I would like it and the shower really needed a good clean in the grout on the lower tiles and floor. None of us decided to use either on our visit.
The grass had been recently mowed but there were grass clippings under the veranda that were not swept up so we ended up walking it inside.
The only positive was the breakfast, more than ample with bacon, eggs, box of cereal and bread for toast. There was also a reasonable amount of toiletries in the bathroom.
