The breakfast is simple but it's good. The room is clean. I like the location closer to the transportation and tourist spot. Highly recommended

Excellent hotel option in Buenos Aires

Hotel with the best location meters from the obelisk. Typical classic 4-star hotel quite well maintained. Excellent service from staff. We were upgraded to a very spacious, clean junior suite room with stunning views; thank you. Very good breakfast, fresh and good quality products including natural fruit juices. The only con is that it took two days to provide towels which they justified by the full capacity of the hotel, this was logically not our problem and the hotel should have foresight about it.

This hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but in my opinion it feels closer to a 2-star. The building is quite old and lacks basic amenities—no refrigerator in the rooms and no ice machine in the hotel. Ice was only available at breakfast by request, and there was no container provided.
The AC worked very well and kept the room cold at night. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Bedsheets and towels were very old, but housekeeping replaced them the same day after I requested it. The bathroom worked fine, although the toilet and bidet were a bit loose.
On the positive side, the hotel is in a very good location, about 3 blocks from Obelisco de Buenos Aires and within walking distance of Casa Rosada and Plaza de Mayo. Included breakfast is excellent. Good for a short stay mainly because of the location.

I'll never come back ?!

It never reaches 4* detail the bad first, the bathrooms a mess, old toilets, cracked, with water losses (in the room. 303 the bidet lost and wet the whole floor, I warned and never improved) the old, worn towels, always missing any. The culmination was the second day, instead of leaving us the typical Hotel soaps, we were left a toilet soap cut in half, a horror.
Good thing, the room was large and with very good view to Av. July 9th.
The location of the hotel is excellent.
But I don't drive you crazy!!!
