Excellent hotel
Hotel in a central area, easy to reach, with covered and indoor car parking... clean and spacious room, good breakfast... the young woman is very kind and also speaks Italian well

Very good htel vkean and affordable.
Very good hotel price to accommodation. Rooms very big and clean. Very good air conditioner in the room. Breakfast Good aswell. Very near to the port and restaurant. If you are near worth staying at this hotel. With private parking. The only negative the outside building and facade needs some attention.

Never judge a book by its cover! Especially this hotel is a gem in an unlikely location in a back alley. First of all: communication is easy and responsive. No hassle and nothing is a problem: parking spots included, no reservation needed. Friendly and helpful staf! Clean and big rooms with fine working airco, modern bathrooms. But then: breakfast: all you need and plenty more! Recommendable by all standaards.

Full of contradiction
A small boutique hotel full of contradictions. Rooms are spacious, clean and well serviced. However, why is there a kettle and refrigerator, but no cups or glasses; why do they say you cannot eat in your room in the rules? Some reviews moan about the showers drenching the bathroom but we were careful and had no problem. Not all rooms had safety boxes. Breakfast was below average and did not start until 8am. The location is good. The main shopping street is just around the corner and the beach promenade a 10 minute or 0.5km walk away. Supermarket and mini market is nearby.

Worst Hotel Experience – Room Was Uninhabitable
I stayed at Hotel Olive in Vlorë from September 6–8, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
When I checked in, the air conditioner did not work, and the room was unbearably hot. I asked to change rooms but was told none were available. I couldn’t even stay in the room until late in the evening when it was finally fixed. The bathroom was a disaster: the shower flooded the entire floor, there was nowhere to place toiletries, and the soap dispenser was broken and empty. Toilet paper and amenities were nearly finished when I arrived, and the kettle had no cups to use with it.
On top of that, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable I couldn’t get proper rest. The hotel staff did little to address these problems, and the overall communication and service were completely lacking.
The conditions made the room uninhabitable, and I ultimately decided to leave early, even knowing I would not get a refund. This is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
