Banshoin - Found in Nishizato Izuharamachi, this Buddhist temple was built in 1615 by the Soh family, which were the rulers of Tsushima Island during the Edo Period. This is also the location of one of the three largest graveyards in Japan.
Eboshi-dake Observatory - Located in Niit Toyotamamachi, this observatory is a great place that is located in the sea. The island itself is a beautiful landscape that travellers will appreciate.
How to get around within Tsushima
For transportation, Tsushima has two sea ports which are namely Izuhara and Hitakatsu. There are ferries that cross to the port of Hakata on Kyūshū a few times per day. There are also ferries also travel a few times a week to Busan in South Korea.
