Popular destinations from East Kimberley Regional Airport

Fly to Broome (BME) the gorgeous coastal city on Western Australia’s celebrated northern coast. Of course, you won’t find anything to sneeze at if you fly to Perth (PER), the biggest city in the state and a charming town that offers everything you’d need in the way of dining, entertainment, and attractions. And then there are the tropical climes of the compact city of Darwin, where you can enjoy the delightful waterfront, and the city’s markets.

If you want to fly outside of Australia though, your best bet is to make a connection through Perth or Darwin. Short-haul options are out to South East Asia, to destinations like Kuala Lumpur (KUL) in Malaysia, or Manila (MNL) in the Philippines, both exciting cities in themselves, but excellent gateways to their celebrated islands and coastal towns where you can enjoy the white sands and sapphire waters of this part of the world.

Long-haul destinations can mean flying to incredible Africa. Whether that’s enjoying snorkelling, hiking, and swimming in and around the landscape of Mauritius (MRU), or gearing up for the adventure of a lifetime and flying out to Johannesburg (JNB). In the latter you can learn all about South African history, and book a safari trip out in the spectacular Kruger National Park.
