Major roads that pass through the city and link to other major cities in England include the M62, M6, and M1 motorways, the Kingsway and Queensway Tunnels, the A41 road, the A55 road, tge A562 road, and the Silver Jubilee Bridge.
Getting to your destination

Liverpool can be reached through the M62 from the airport. The distance is about 32.6 miles, and travel time should cover at least 59 minutes. Heavy traffic is to be expected in the last leg of M62, upon approaching the city of Manchester. No tolls are to be expected here.
A historic walled city located at the confluence of the rivers Ouse and Foss in North Yorkshire, York is a lovely and lively metro that is best described by the word “medieval”.
York can also be reached via the M62, passing through the areas of Manchester, Halifax, and Leeds. Construction areas and sites are to be expected on the section of Manchester, but no tolls are in.
One of the fastest-growing cities in the United Kingdom, Leeds is a confident city that is filled with great nightlife venues, music, and concerts that go all the way up to the wee hours of the morning. Leeds is perfect as a night time destination, after having a day tour from Manchester.
Leeds can also be reached via the M56 and the M62, like how travellers will approach York. Travel time is about one hour and 39 minutes including traffic. No tolls can be found ahead.
