Zamboanga Airport terminal information

The outside of the terminal building of Zamboanga airport is characterised by its unusual, zig-zagged appearance which is often said to be a favourite amongst architecture enthusiasts. The airport consists of a single terminal building with a capacity of 400 passengers.

Within the terminal, there are security screening devices including an x-ray machine and a metal detector through which all departing passengers must pass through. These are located both located at the main entrance of the airport, and before entering the Pre-Departure Area, so be sure to allow yourself enough time before your flight to pass through all security checkpoints. The airport has check-in counters for each of the airlines that serve Zamboanga.

For passengers arriving into Zamboanga Airport, there are 2 baggage carousels and push carts for your baggage.
