Hervey Bay Airport

Hervey Bay Airport (HVB) is one of the main Fraser Coast Airports, servicing one of Queensland state’s most beautiful coastal regions. In 2005, the airport was majorly upgraded to improve its facilities. Now, passengers transiting through Hervey Bay Airport will be able to access an ATM, and baby changing amenities, and free WiFi access throughout the airport. There is also an excellent Airport Visitor Information Centre that can inform tourists of the local events and activities taking place in the area, plus an Accommodation Services Guide. For passengers who want to grab a bite to eat before they fly, or when they land, you can pop into the Hervey Bay Airport Café, which services sandwiches, salads and pastries, and runs a fully licensed bar so you can sit back and relax with a drink should you wish it.

The Hervey Bay Airport (HVB) offers flights to and from various regional locations around Australia. You can book a route to or from Brisbane (BNE), Lady Elliot Island (LYT), or Sydney (SYD). Airlines that fly these routes are Virgin Australia, Qantas and Lady Elliot Eco Resort charter flights, with some codeshare routes run with Emirates, Air New Zealand, Singapore Airlines, and Etihad Airways.
