Hong Kong H K Heliport Airport

The Hong Kong H K Heliport, or more formally the Shun Tak Heliport, is an airport/heliport serving Hong Kong, the special administrative region of Macau, and cities in southern China. It is located in Sheung Wan, immediately to the west of Hong Kong's central business district, on the north shore of Hong Kong Island. It is connected to the territory's Mass Transit Railway, as well as other forms of public transport. The heliport proper is part of the Hong Kong – Macau Ferry Terminal, and is found within its inner pier at an elevation of 107 feet.

The original heliport at the said terminal was built in 1990, providing a single helipad situated over the western end of the inner pier. In 2008, a new helipad was built over the eastern end and was linked to a new passenger lounge; and by 2009, the original helipad was replaced by two helipads and was linked to what is now the Shun Tak Heliport. The heliport provides scheduled services to a corresponding heliport above the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal in Macau via the Macau-based Sky Shuttle Helicopters. Flights depart every 30 minutes or sometimes more frequently if traffic demands it, between nine in the morning and 11 in the evening. Sky Shuttle also provide charter services on the same route, and from the heliport to other locations in neighbouring regions including the Macau International Airport, Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, and the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.

The main terminal of the Hong Kong – Macau Ferry Terminal serves as the terminal of the Shun Tak Heliport as it is located within its facility. No formal terminals for the Shun Tak Heliport are available since it is a small facility.

Since the heliport is a small facility, services and facilities are limited to the necessary, including a helipad, a waiting area, and wash room facilities. Other facilities such as information desks, tourist information centres, and ticket sales are available within the main Hong Kong – Macau Ferry Terminal.
